This is a junior role and would suit someone looking for an interesting and varied career with training and development opportunities. You will start at the bottom and learn everything there is to know about door and window hardware.
Daily tasks will include processing incoming stock, packing orders, cutting keys, fixing locks, taking phone enquiries, deliveries and dealing with both trade and retail customers in the shop to name a few. Over time this role should progress to include pricing & quoting, inventory control, contract management and other liaison with Builders and Construction Companies
You will need to be RELIABLE, well spoken and well presented. Ideally you’ll have good school results and be computer literate, as well as having some practical ability. A driver’s licence is required, along with being physically fit. You’ll understand that looking after customers is what we’re here for and is the key to any successful business.
