Our family business is based in Mairangi Bay, North Shore and manufactures commercial aluminium roller doors, shutters, folding closures and trackless Overlap doors.

An exciting opportunity is currently on offer to join our small close knit team as an Installer / Technician. Previous experience in the shopfitting, commercial door / garage door industry is an advantage, however full training will be given in our methods and practices. A comprehensive level of practical and technical skill for the understanding of our door setup and installation systems will be given.

Ideal skills and attributes:

Building, engineering, aluminium joinery or mechanical background
Thrive at working unsupervised, with the ability to lead a team, mentor and oversee others.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Have excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic skills with an attention to detail
Possess a high level of fitness as the work can be physically demanding
Exhibit excellent customer service skills and high quality workmanship
Take pride in their appearance and looking after vehicles in use, plant and equipment
Possess a clean current driver's licence

This position is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance and repair services for our entire product range. The role will require some flexibility in work hours. You will need to have a good understanding of health and safety, and be responsible for maintaining a safe and tidy work environment on and off site.
