With over 900 employees across 40 branches nationwide, EnviroNZ encompasses EnviroWaste, ChemWaste and Enviroway as one of New Zealand's largest and most successful waste service providers. 
To start the year afresh, our New Plymouth collection sites are looking for its newest Branch Manager to lead a team of approximately 50 employees. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation, supervision and overall control of the branch activities. This will include high level administrative tasks relating to financial performance, managing P&L's, cost control, vehicle & plant management, employees (including temps and contractors) and all aspects of health and safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good balance of operational and administrative tasks to ensure successful running of the branch.

The ideal candidate:
o Will have 5+ years' experience in an Operations Management role within the Transport, Logistics, Waste or other highly regulated industry
o Previous experience managing a team of employees across multiple branches
o Will have strong, and proven experience of budgeting, asset management and forecasting
o Can confidently build relationships with councils and regulatory bodies
o Has a high level of understanding of all aspects of Health and Safety and ensures this is a top priority for all employees

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (including drugs test) and complete a Ministry of Justice criminal records check, the results of which must be to EnviroNZ's satisfaction. Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
