Due to ongoing growth in our Parcels business we need an organised person to assist our customers with their undelivered items.
About the role
Working as part of the Auckland Parcel Transport team you will be primarily focused on our Card-to-Call area providing exceptional customer service to our customers who have undelivered parcel items. As owner of the function you will build strong customer relationships by providing superior customer service and championing process improvements to raise quality and service. You will work towards achieving a reduction of the items contained in the undelivered bay, with the goal of having no unclaimed items.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively both as part of a team and individually. You will have relevant experience in the Courier/Transport industry. Excellent communication skills are essential as we require a high level of communication with our internal and external customers. You will be highly organised, have attention to detail. Your 'can do' attitude along with your positive work ethic will ensure your success in this role. Additionally you will take pride in your work and always work towards continuous performance for yourself and your team.
