We require a skilled and determined team leader to lead the efficient and effective running of our day to day operation.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the pipping store and success will be achieved through your ability to prioritise, plan, and lead and direct your team of three in the management of inwards/outwards goods and inventory management. Warehouse presentation and H&S management are also key drivers for this role. You will be hungry for recognition and take pride in your achievements. You will earn the respect of management, peers and reports through your strong interpersonal and communication skills.
To be considered, you will ideally possess:
  • Supervisory or management experience in a warehousing environment.
  • Be experienced in running a process without direct day to day input.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a customer services focus and good work ethic
  • The ability to effectively prioritise demands to meet deadlines with good mathematical and communications skills
  • Have a current Drivers and Fork Lift licences and Gantry experience.
  • Be physically fit and have experience in the Steel or related industries
  • This is a highly customer interactive position
  • Having experience in the fire and electrical market would be advantageous
