Experienced Customer Service Administrators needed for long term work.

Based in Wiri, you will be servicing customer's needs with respect to placing orders and organising delivery of containers.

Based in Manukau, Permanent work

The Role:

They are looking for a Customer Service person to join their team and would like a person who is interested in being apart of a great team and company.

- Monday to Friday (hours will be either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm) however this could change
- Inbound and outbound service calls and emails
- Process customer orders
- Liaise between different diversions and branches for product queries
- Provide great customer service 
- Excellent attention to detail
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain database and documentation
- General day to day admin duties 
- Assist with reports for Branch Manager
- Assist with inventory and purchase tasks
- Strong Health and Safety focus
- Pick and pack orders when required by the Supervisors

Ideal candidate:

  • Customer Service and Administration experience 
  • Health and Safety focused
  • Good verbal and written communication 
  • Physically fit
  • Good computer and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and must show initiative
  • Reliable and a hard worker
  • Good sense of humour 
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
