Handle the efficient arrival and storage of container goods into the warehouse
Ensuring the efficient pick, pack and despatch of goods to 3PL customers
Managing warehouse operations and staff
Assisting with administrative support to Customer Services and Management
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has proven experience in a similar role
Takes a hands-on approach and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work with the team on a daily basis
Is fit and strong, and able to perform consistent lifting as part of their role
Has sound computer skills
Is confident interacting with customers
Prefers to lead, rather than manage their team. Also leads by example
