We are now seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Person to join our team!

To be successful in this role you will need to show us you can provide an exceptionally high level of service in all dealings with customers. This will include phone enquiries and visitors to the branch. You will need to receive and process all customer orders accurately and efficiently, so show us how you have done this in the past ensuring delivery expectations are met and exceeded. Demonstrate how you have generated additional sales by maximising opportunities to upsell.

You will be required to assist with stock management and warehouse activities e.g. stocking shelves, participating in stocktakes, receipt inwards goods accurately and efficiently, reporting stock discrepancies and process credits and claims in a timely manner. A full drivers' licence is essential for this role.

As part of a branch team, it is essential that you are prepared to do what is required to ensure the branch runs efficiently so you'll need to be a team player. The position is fulltime and includes rostered Saturday morning work.
