Order Processing Time
All Orders will be processes same day or next business day once we receive the payment. The tracking number will be uploading to the trademe orders after 6:00PM on every working day. You can check the status by clicking the tracking number in your order pages.
We do NOT dispatch items on weekend / any public holidays / long weekend
Update information & Cancellations
If you accidentally give a wrong postal address or ordered a wrong item and you have paid for the item then please contact us within 30 minutes upon the payment is made. We can't help if the request is made after this time frame because your order might be dispatched.
