Braumach makes every effort to describe every item listed with accuracy, questions/queries on any item can be made directly to Braumach via email

Buyer / Bidder is to make no assumptions on the compatibility of any item listed.

Braumach will not directly or indirectly support any third party software.

All items won or purchased through Trademe will be posted / freighted directly to the client at the clients expenses unless otherwise specified - NO PICKUPS!

Buyer / Bidder must consider total amount payable including any extra charges where stated - (freight / post / handling)

If buyer feels the need for any reason to post bad feed back! we urge them to contact us directly to resolve an matter that may have arisen.

We give good feedback to every buyer / bidder that completes their transaction in a reasonable amount of time.

20% restocking fee may be applied at the Sellers discretion for incorrect purchases.

Where possible we offer an additional insurance fee on items, this fee is to cover loss or damage in transit on all items won or purchased. Client understands and accepts that they may incur costs should the item be damaged or lost in transit should they choose to not pay this fee.

12-month warranty covers items repair and return freight, where a repair is not possible a replacement item may be supplied. We do not automatically offer a 12-month item replacement warranty.

Braumach will test any and all items returned under its warranty terms. Should said item/s be deemed in operational and working order, buyer will be responsible for the return postage

All items come with money back guarantee from time of delivery (set time may differ from listing to listing)

Warranty periods will be covered where stated

Where specified items must be fitted by an appropriate accredited technician

Buyer assumes all responsibility for the design function of any said project that incorporates a purchased Braumach item.

Braumach assumes that all its items sold are used in accordance with New Zealand Certified Engineer designs.

Braumach will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the incorrect fitting of item/s supplied, or any damage caused by the attempted fitting of incorrectly supplied item/s. Buyer is required to make certain the item supplied is the correct item stated. Buyer is to advise Braumach directly should they feel they have been supplied the wrong item.

Refunds will only be given for items received in a timely manner and packed in the same packaging they were originally sent. Items that have been fitted or damaged in any way will not receive a refund. Item must be in a resalable state.
