Freight:
• We aim to provide faster and highest level of delivery service. Our preferred shipping courier is CourierPost who provides faster and quality overnight shipping service in NZ.
• The estimate times given below are usual delivery windows:
1-3 Days North Island
1-5 Days South Island
Please note that Rural Area deliveries can take an extra day.
Delivery Policy
• All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered in the morning. An email will be sent to you once the item has been picked up by the courier. And also, please keep eyes on your email if any non-delivery issue status updates. Any further questions about your parcel, please contact CourierPost at 0800 501 501
• Any time stated for delivery is an estimate only. No claim shall be made by you on account of late shipment, or delivery however caused.
• All freight charges shall be at your cost unless otherwise agreed and stated.
• In-store pickup is available by arrangement. Please complete the purchase and email us for the requirements. And our team will organize that for you.
Signature
• Shipping does not include Signature! Please advise in delivery notes if signature is required.
• If an item is being delivered to a business, please provide the business hours.
