FAQs


When are my goods shipped?
 
Goods are normally shipped the day after you place your order, Monday to Friday
 
Where can I get tracking information?
 
Tracking information will be sent along with your shipping confirmation Email to your Trade me registered email.
 
What do I do if I’ve given you the wrong address?
 
Get in touch as fast as you can! We send our packages out promptly, but if you email us right away we can change the address.
 
I placed an order and realised I chose the wrong colour/size/style. Can I change it?
 
If you’ve picked the wrong item, email us as soon as possible. We ship things speedily, but if you can catch us before the daily 2 pm courier collection, we’ll change your order. If the replacement item is more expensive than current purchase, it won’t be sent until you’ve paid the additional cost.
 
Do you offer exchanges if I change the mind after receiving the item?
 
Yes, we can exchange the item but the refund will not be issued. You can exchange with any item with the same price or higher. You will pay an extra amount if the exchange item price is higher than your current item. You will pay for returning the item in the same original packaging to us and also pay for the new exchange item being sent to you.
 
I’ve purchased an item—why hasn’t it arrived?
 
If you have not been sent tracking details and the item has not arrived, it is likely that you selected the wrong shipping option or there may be another issue when you made your purchase. We always send an email when this happens but can often get lost in spam folders. Check your junk mail to see if we have made contact.
 
What if I have received the wrong item or damaged item?
 
If we have sent the wrong item to you by mistake, we will send the correct item with the prepaid return courier bag so you can send the wrong item back to us.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us asap and send us the photos of the item and we will guide you through the process after that.
 
Customer services
 
We are open Monday to Friday except for weekends and public holidays. All emails, questions & queries will be answered ASAP. We strive to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 24 hours then please check your junk box or just message again, we may have missed it.
 
Can I get a GST invoice?
 
We are a GST registered company and you will receive GST invoice automatically in your Trade me registered email with the Tracking number info.
