* Warranty covers only the hardware problems. The usage problems such as virus, windows operations, software that we provide as free service, accidental damage, or liquid damages are NOT covered.
* Trademe item warranty shows on listing Description.
* Warranty does not cover the consumption product such as battery etc.
* Brand new items come with all manufacture warranty, which is stated on the description of Trade Me listings.
* Goods must be inspected upon receipt of delivery, and claims for damage must be made within 24hours.
We can also provide extended warranties up to 12 months for an additional fee (apply only on ex-lease laptops, desktops, LCDs).
Refund/ Returning Policy:

Refund only applies to fatal errors or wrong description when the computer/parts are purchased.

15% total purchasing price will be charged to the return if the computers/parts work as described

Warranty does not apply because changing mind.

Warranty does not cover any courier cost. Customer to courier back computer for service or refund, has to pay own courier cost.
Governing Law
This contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
