AUCTION TERMS - PLEASE READ

This is a 1$ reserve auction for a reason - please make sure you fully understand and agree to the terms before you bid.

1. Everything is going on strictly as-is where-is terms.
2. Absolutely no refunds.
3. Buyer to make payment online within 1 business day of auction close.
4. Buyer to collect within 5 business days of the auction close.
5. Buyer must collect all items (or #6) including the container, the rubbish, faulty equipment, empty cases, the LOT.
6. Buyer can negotiate with the landlord to take over the short term rent if they can't remove everything in 5 working days. Landlord is pretty flexible.

Please, if you are not happy with any of the terms, simply do not bid. We really need to clean up and return the property to the landlord, hence the 1$ reserve for everything and we expect the buyer to take everything away.

VIEWING

Viewing is in Whangaparaoa on the following times only: Sun 31/05 @ 10am-10.15am Tue 2/06 @ 7pm-7.15pm Please note, you will not be able to test items as electricity will not be provided and there is simply not enough time for testing.
