They even delivered item to us personally rather than sending it with postal service (even though we live 2 hours drive from their location). Staff member was friendly and communicated throughout so we knew exactly when to expect their arrival.
The Magic Bunk had clear instructions for assembly, and it feels like a quality product.
And our kids love their new bunks, so happy all round. |
