| | Ratshit as, brought on the 4th of June now nearly the end of the month, then told it was delivered to an address somewhere down country on the 14th and then an email saying it had been delivered, but nothing has turned up, hasn’t answered my email for the tracking number to see what has happened, just refund my money and I’ll get it elsewhere,as this is crap. Will be filing a dispute notice with TM, so much for customer service. I have orders from the States turn up faster and to the right place |

| | I placed an order around the 1st April 2022 and now its the 11 May 2022 and still waiting. It took until May 3rd before I got notified it was dispatch. I think it may still be coming but by canoe from Ausy.
Wont use this company again. Was supposed to be 10-15 days from purchase for delivery. |

| | The water pump supplied was not as described - it did not fit a JCW R53 Mini. It obviously didn’t fit so my mechanic didn’t even try. I wrote to “Zivor Auto” and explained, asking to return it to them (in Australia at my cost) for a refund. They refused sending me an unsigned email saying because I opened the box and bought the item over 30 days ago it was not eligible for refund.
This is not consistent with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act nor is it consistent with the Trade Me Code of Conduct. |
