| | I placed an order around the 1st April 2022 and now its the 11 May 2022 and still waiting. It took until May 3rd before I got notified it was dispatch. I think it may still be coming but by canoe from Ausy.
Wont use this company again. Was supposed to be 10-15 days from purchase for delivery. |

| | The water pump supplied was not as described - it did not fit a JCW R53 Mini. It obviously didn’t fit so my mechanic didn’t even try. I wrote to “Zivor Auto” and explained, asking to return it to them (in Australia at my cost) for a refund. They refused sending me an unsigned email saying because I opened the box and bought the item over 30 days ago it was not eligible for refund.
This is not consistent with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act nor is it consistent with the Trade Me Code of Conduct. |

| | Protex rotors are pretty nice looking out of the box, no oil to clean off, bright silver coating possibly zinc based to prevent corrosion instead, ground surface rather than machined like bad/cheap ones, and good advice on fitting in the box on a slip that most people don't even know. Hopefully I ordered the right ones :-D |
