the phone is in cosmetictically new new as keep in case with screen protector.

Unfortunaltely just before Xmas she dropped it and now its playing up and is hard to open for some reason.... the screen seems ok but just gets stuck (which is the best way of decribing it).

She has brought new one!

OK! that said and done.. it might be an easy repair it might not we havnt taken anywhere for repair advice for us its to time comsuming as we run a company and just dont have that time resouce to spend on it.
