Nesmith Cougar

Nesmith Cougar. Interest has moved on from flying so this wonderful aircraft is up for sale. Completed and test flown in 2013 with no issues needing attention. Doesn't have the folding wing option, but has three notches of flap. 130Kts cruse being towed behind an O-235 Lycoming. Engine was bulk stripped due to chrome rings fitted to chrome bore. New bearings and a new bore because of it. It's done about 20 hours since. No bad habits either in the air or on the ground, and has a VERY efficient heater. This aircraft is almost new having done less than 40Hrs since new. I have fitted a Funkwerk S-mode transponder, and a Dittel KRT2 radio to replace the hand held it came with. Two place headset sockets at the back of the seats, so no cords in the way. VOX intercom. There are two 9volt outlets for ANR power, and an audio output to connect to a video camera. Works very well, and radio is fully adjustable for whatever headsets you use. USB power is mounted on the radio box for GPS etc. Class 2 microlight with an empty weight of 856Lbs (319Kg's). Nice from 400m, 300m if you have the numbers right. No problem on seal. Dual control with toe breaks on the drivers side. Full construction paperwork including plans and all log books.
