Very strong deep water mooring situated in Okahu Bay. Has not shifted in 35 years that i have owned it. It was lifted and serviced 12/07/2016. Consists of 2x Square Steel Blocks 1200kgs. Mean Low water depth 2.3mt. It is licenced for any craft up to 12mt Available from 11/05/18 Okahu Bay is a great spot to get straight out into the Hauraki Gulf.

This mooring and all others in Okahu Bay are subject to the regional coastal unitary plan which requires all mooring to be moved from the bay within a year from the plan being signed off. This plan has not been signed off yet and could be some time before it is. Option is to move to Hobson Bay.
