Description
This auction is for the pictured complete Redtop H22A DOHC VTEC engine and LSD T2W4 gearbox conversion package as removed from a EG chassis Honda Civic.
Happy to split up just ask for what you need.
Engine and gearbox conversion package is supplied complete as pictured with;
- Complete engine with all bolt on parts
- Distributor & aftermarket Spitfire spark plug leads
- New timing belt, waterpump, seals, gaskets, thermostat
- Brand new B series alloy radiator to suit EG chassis
- Manual engine wiring harness / loom which has been modified to work in the EG Civic (some body wiring changes needed)
- Engine ECU D15B VTEC which suits chipping (37820 P08 000)
- T2W4 LSD gearbox complete
- Feel's Japan chromolly 6.3kg lightweight flywheel, used clutch, starter motor
- Both left and right axles (there are two sets of axles supplied one set is B series EL Orthia the other are DA6 Integra the EL axles fit and were working in the vehicle but we had the DA6 axles to install if any binding happened.)
- Power steering pump and bracket removed from a BB6 chassis Honda Prelude, this does not fit the EG Civic but does fit on the DB DC chassis.
- Innovate EG / DC steel H swap engine mounts
- Innovate H series alternator relocation bracket
- Rosko racing H22A EGR delete plate & OBD1 IACV relocation kit
CONDITION: Excellent runner with no problems or issues as compression numbers and video on auction detail very clean inside and out photos show under the oil cap so this engine has been well looked after as there is no staining or sludge buildup. Gearbox is nice and quiet / smooth in operation, as tested in the vehicle prior to removal, fluid drained was clean and in good condition. Engine and gearbox were removed from a factory unmodified CL1 Euro R which was stolen and recovered but written off due to damage, can dig out the KM's engine has traveled
Compression tested when at operating temperature and results are below; Cylinder 1: 260psi Cylinder 2: 250psi Cylinder 3: 255psi Cylinder 4: 250psi
