Subaru Impreza STI S204 2006

Here we have the only Black S204 WRX STI Subaru delivered NZ new.

This car was one of 5 only to be delivered to New Zealand new, and this is the only black one.

Originally sold new through Wingers Subaru in Greenlane to one of their team as a personal vehicle, it has an almost fully complete service history with Winger. The latest service consisted of all oils, cam belt, drive belts, wheel alignment, replacement of any broken or missing plastic clips on the under tray, new inner guard liners etc. This car is immaculate. Latest invoice from Winger is included totalling almost 4k, completed at 113kms. Brand new Nitto Invo tires were also fitted at this time. This car is in original condition with the exception of the aftermarket Bluetooth stereo and the STI optioned gauges.

Limited to a production run of only 600 cars for Japan only, the s204 is commonly referred to as STI's ultimate road going machine.

The S204 has an engine that is hand built with matched pistons & conrods for perfect balance, a crankshaft that is fully balanced and hand measured. Along with an S204 only tubro this is coupled to a special S204 tuned ECU that delivers 320hp & 423nm or Torque which is 40hp more than standard STI.

However, the chassis is the best part of owning an S204. The "Performance Damper" system designed with Yamaha especially for the S204 is essentially a pair of long dampers that connect to the left and right side of the car, both in the front and rear, and dampen chassis vibrations & keep all 4 wheels tracking true, also drastically reducing understeer. The vented Brembo brakes and low expansion brake hoses were upgraded with titanium shims to reduce heat transfer and therefore brake fade.

Inside of an S204, you will find a pair of Carbon Fibre Recaro seats covered in black leather and alcantara, matching black leather and alcantara rear seats, door cards and black trims in the dash and a 260k speedo.

Outside the S204 received a Carbon Fibre front lip, special BBS wheels, silver wing mirrors and the rear diffuser.
