Description
The car was in daily use and in really good running order. Just prior to the damage, it was fully serviced and a brand new clutch was installed. The car has done 198,000 km.
The damage is a result of a sideswipe (Truck changed lanes from right lane into left leaving no space and the damage is a result). The car was driven front the scene in Mt WELLINGTON to the North Shore without any issues.
Repairs have been quoted by Holgate Browns Bay. The quote is $3,200 to repair all damage. One thing they said was they would need to check alignment because the left wheel did get pushed against the kerb.
