We are a new vehicle dealership and this car does not meet our very strict dealership criteria and is offered to the public via auction to the highest bidder.

The following conditions apply to all our Auction vehicles:

1. $1.00 Reserve Auction, where the highest bidder will own the vehicle when it closes. No swaps, No buy-nows, No trade-ins.
2. It is offered in an “as traded” condition - i.e. it has not been groomed.
3. We recommend a mechanical inspection by a professional as these are trade-in vehicles and we don't know any history. The car is what it is, if you don't inspect prior to biding then you take the risk.
4. All inspections to be made prior to auction closing, you bid to own - not to inspect.
5. Bids by traders with no or bad feedback may be removed.
6. Viewing is welcome Mon - Friday 8am to 5.00pm and Sat 9am to 1pm in Taupo by appointment phone (during business hours). Viewing or collection outside these hours will incur a $100 cash fee.
7. There is no money owing on this vehicle, the owner will receive a clear title.
8. Description of the vehicle is an indication only; it’s the bidder’s responsibility to check out the vehicle before bidding to make sure they are happy with what they are purchasing.
9. Payment must be made within 3 working days of the auction ending. Payment by Cash or bank transfer/deposit or bank cheque
10. Contact must be made providing your phone number within 24hours of auction closing.
