Toyota Hilux 1996

Toyota Hilux 1996 2.4 diesel-Project vehicle.

This flat deck ute has had one owner from new (Mobil Oil). Based at Wellington Airport. It is very rusty.

Only 60,000 Original KMs. The interior is exceptional condition. Door cars, dash, seats, etc all tip top.

Unfortunately has been sitting so vehicle is sold with no registration or warrant of fitness. It is very rusty, and viewing is recommended. It is de-registered and will require a full new VIN and significant rust repair.

Rust in many/most of the panels-brakelines rusty. Firewall appears ok which is a common rust area. Chassis has scale and some more significant rust and pillars have rust.

We purchased with the idea of doing a repair however it is not viable for us to undertake. We have not had the rust repair work quoted. We have only owned for approx 4 months.

Ideal parts car, or project for someone with skills.

Last time it had a WOF was in 2014.

Cambelt has been done at 53,192kms.

It has a factory Toyota aluminium flat deck. This is in good condition.

We have attempted to fairly depict rust as shown in the photos, however there will be other rust not seen in photos. Vehicle seems mechanically sound, starts and drives. Brakes/brake lines are rusty and RH front tyre goes flat after sitting.

Sold on an as is, where is basis as a parts car. No warrantees or guarantees are given.
