SYNOPSIS: This is a story about growing up, learning to say goodbye and figuring out what we need from the different relationships in our lives. The series kicks off with the gang on holiday in Morocco. TheyÂ’re happy together, but this is soon interrupted when problems in FrankyÂ’s relationship with Matty unintentionally draw a dangerous stranger into their world. There is a car crash. The repercussions of this crash are examined throughout the rest of the series. Grace dies as a result of the crash, while Matty goes on the run from the authorities. As the series progresses, each character deals with GraceÂ’s death in a different way. In doing so, they begin to discover more about themselves. Secret relationships begin; friendships and loyalties are tested. When they are finally able to let Grace go, they have to let go of each other and begin their adult lives.
