The soundtrack to the wonderful new Australian film '4', the surprise hit of the Sydney Film Festival, which explores how nature shapes who we are. Following the four seasons in various parts of the world through music and landscape; the film and this album feature four world-renowned violinists including Australian Niki Vasilakis, each playing a movement from Vivaldi's classic The Four Seasons.

We experience summer in Australia, spring in Tokyo, winter in Finland and autumn in New York through Vivaldi's expressive and timeless music.
