This is a standard Carling wah switch taken off a Dunlop Cry Baby Wah so is sold as second hand with a 3 month warranty.

It's a drop in replacement for a faulty wah switch, just unsolder your existing switch and resolder this one into place. Works on the Vox 847 as well.

This is sold as a DIY repair, if you need it fitted add $10 for installation plus $10 p&p.

These can be used in other effects and for making a channel switching pedal for a two channel amp etc. To see if this will fit your pedal open the pedal and look to see if the switches look the same.

For a channel switch box you'd just fit this into an enclosure and connect one side to the tip and the other side to the ring of a mono jack and connect with a guitar lead. Easy-peasy.
