Classic bowl, and a bit more hard wearing than the cut crystal it's imitating due to being pressed. Has some chips around the top edge, though going by the faint yellow tint to the glass, I believe it's borosillicate glass which is more durable (what laboratory glassware is still made from, and pyrex dishes used to be made out of).
