Urban shipping costs: We use Fastway Courier (or similar) for larger items with shipping usually at 7.75 or more for a bigger box.

Address requirements: Please send a CORRECT address via TM.

Rural: TM advises RD people to use addresses of urban family or friends OR use the Parcel Collect service. Where no rural rate is quoted, rural delivery is inviable, yet enquiries are welcome. TM sellers report that If you are rural but don’t say so in your address, the parcel won’t get to you.

Waiheke/Gt Barrier Island, small towns not previously rural: Ask for quote.

Fixed Price Offers (FPOs): If you want one, request one. FPOs don’t help sellers.

TransTasman: Please ask. We have Paypal/ Aussie account.

Pick ups: Not usually (many defaulted appointments). It’s practical when (i) item is big or fragile; (ii) in mutual interests (iii) selling on behalf. We’re 10 km away near Port. The petrol and time cost more than the courier.

‘Lost in the post’: Ensure your post code matches your address. We can’t use couriers if you send inaccurate addresses.
