In all our years collecting Moorcroft we have never seen a cheese bell, let alone such as early example.
This is a tubelined version from the Gesso Faience range made around 1900.
Considering its age condition is pretty good - the pictures are a very good representation.
Started at a crazy $1 reserve as we must clear out space as renovations underway.
