A beautiful figurine of a lady in a ball gown manufactured by Francesca Art in Staffordshire. The figure stands 17cm tall and is delicately decorated from the top of her coiffure through the details of her face to the fine designs on her dress. The figurine, which is in perfect condition, was decorated by Ray Shuff in April 1976 and the quality is the equal of similar figurines by Royal Albert Coalport. I have not been able to find out anything about 'Francesca Art' or Ray Shuff, but have found that the company produced a number of figurines and used a variety of decorative artists. A very nice piece that would fit into any collection of lady figurines or a possible start to a new collection or make a wonderful Xmas present.
