This plate is 245 mm diameter and also has a crack or flaw. The printed mark is for 1896-1912 Empire Works E.P.Co Stoke on Trent
It is to be noted that some firms may not make all the china for tea sets. This particular set has all the plates and cups made by Empire. And the saucers made by Imperial china co. at Stoke on Trent. The two side plates have flaws as well, and are 185mm dia.
