Rural: As of February 1 2018, TM advises RD people to use addresses of urban family or friends OR use the Parcel Collect service (See NZPost website about RD people collecting parcels at mail centres).

Along with the issue of boundary changes for what constitutes ‘rural’, NZ Post's 3.70 surcharge on all items has made shipping to RDs non-viable. We can only send to RDs on request and once an individual quote has been received.

Tracking upgrades: $1.50 if requested, on items quoted under 7.75 for shipping.
