Putauaki Trust will shortly have available to lease an area of approximately 31 hectares of industrial zoned land situated on Tamarangi Drive, Kawerau, north of McKee Road and opposite the Norske Skog Pulp and Paper Mill. The legal description of the land is Part Lot 3 Deposited Plan 308053 CFR Identifier 31322 (South Auckland Land Registration District). Offers are sought from interested parties.

The term of the lease will be for a minimum of 25 years and a maximum of 50 years (including any renewals). Putauaki Trust wishes to have a significant portion of the rental for the initial term of the lease paid in advance.

The land will be serviced by a road to be constructed from Tamarangi Drive and is intended to be part of a development of approximately 66 ha of industrial zoned land which is currently in pasture. There is potential for rail access to be available to the property. The land is crossed by a gas pipeline and by a high voltage electricity line. These features affect the full use and development of the land.
