I will add again, her vaccinations were up to date. We had had her for less than 6mths. We had a fully prepaid booking. We brought her correctly completed vaccination book from the vet with us. I know others who have had the same issue. Its a fact. YOu might be a wonderful kennel for looking after dogs but you are a poorly run business. I was VERY lucky to be able to take my dog on holiday with me (Air NZ were very helpful) or i'd have had to cancel because of your incompetence.

NOELINE KING: You are obviously intent on trying to discredit our business,but thankfully our very loyal client base proves that we are not poorly run and if you wish to contact me I can maybe explain why you were turned away.No client turned away if all vaxs are correct, including the KC vax and especially if you had paid in full which doesn,t usually happen until you are checking in with your dog .Owners need to be aware that vaxs are important and the kennels are accountable to other owners.Glad to talk.
DO NOT use this facility. I know of multiple people - of which i am one - who have booked to go away at holiday times and turned up to find the kennels are overbooked. Owners use excuses like vaccinations are not up to date (they were and evidence was provided). They do NOT have Asure rating as shown on website either.

NOELINE KING: I,ve given serious thought to this comment and have decided that I do have to respond to it.I think your turning up at holiday time and being turned away ,with the reason we are overbooked is ridiculous as the only 2 reasons are that you have not followed the correct booking procedure and had a final confirmation of us and the other is that your vaccinations were not up to date or you hadn,t bought them with you.Clients are always told to make sure vaxs are up to date and bring book with you.
Dear Snuggle Inn. you have been so fantastic in looking after my dog for such an extended time during my EQ repairs. It has been such a trying time for me and my partner feeling like everyone is out get one over us. We really appreciate knowing that Skye has been in such a caring environment. NOELINE KING: Hi Nigel, Many thanks for your review as I know that the majority of people do not go on sites like this . Further to the above negative from Bronny...Asure Quality does not mean a heck of a lot and I always advise people to go and check the facilities out and give them the important things to look for. If we let people,s pets in to board without the proof of vaxs and our place gets some disease through it. Would you be OK with that and pay the cost.I don,t think so.SnuggleInn,SIMPLYtheBEST
Our wee baby spent the weekend at the boarding kennels and loved it! He made new friends and was obviously well looked after. We were quite picky when choosing somewhere for Rico to spend his first weekend away and loved that there was an area for small dogs. We will definitely book Rico in again, thank you!
