Excellent service and great communication from Karl. He explained about stain removal and his suggestions that were 100% correct. Been in the business for a while and knows his stuff. Recently used Karl's services again for a 5brm house. Excellent price and flexible with times. Karl is very professional and easy to deal with. He has a great van mounted machine that works really well on the carpets.
