A thorough vacuum with a power head vacuum cleaner,
test carpet for colour fastness
: initial stain treatment
: carpet pre sprayed
: 10 to 15 minutes dwell time for pre spray to work its magic.
: then use a rinse extraction method with a deodorising agent in the water to remove odours and make the carpets/lounge suite or car smell great.
: carpet blowers are used to aid drying times on the carpet and in most cases bedrooms can be dry by the time i have finish cleaning the rest the house.
: a re inspection and treatment of any remaining stains.

Highly recommended. Shane did an excellent job on cleaning our sofa upholstery and removing some stubborn spots from the carpet. He was fast to respond, quick to attend and competitively priced. Will definitely get him back next time we need some carpet or upholstery cleaning.
Shane provided an outstanding service that made the process of moving so much easier. Communication was great and the carpets turned out brilliant. The daunting task of a three storey apartment was no deterrent at all and the fact that he was able to give me a direct and accurate quote kept me under budget.
