We have been doing cleaning service for 10 years, the members in our cleaning team are fully trained; powerful; careful and trust worth. We provide you a High- Standard cleaning services with a competitive price. And the REFERENCES are available.
According to my experiences, we will pay more attention on the things that is easy to be ignored such as skirting, window frames, cobwebs, blinds and corners.

Also we use the different colors to distinguish the cloth for different use, exp: blue cloth for bathroom, green cloth for dusting, red cloth for kitchen etc.

We were quite disappointment with their job..were charged extra for the 1st time 'thorough clean' - which took just over an hr. They vacuumed/moped the floor, cleaned most of the window frames, cleaned bathroom/toilet. However, nothing was tided (would expect the blankets and cushions on the sofa to be at least put back into place),everything basically remain untouched. There were still spider webs/lots of dusty places after the clean. Outdoor shoes were worn onto our newly laid carpet etc:(

sally: Maybe there have misunderstanding.I quoted for a basic fortnightly clean and charge $80 for 1.25 hr/2 people. Extra $15 is for a bit more time to clean all window sills and skirting boards. As it's not a deep spring clean we can't make your home sparkling in once. The bathroom and dusting were took us much longer than I thought as they were too dirty I forgot make sofa tidy, my apologize,but the quote wasn't include tidying for other things. Sorry again and will improve everything in the future
