Rang Waikato franchise of Auckland based Busy Bees Cleaning to give domestic oven of Taupo rental a good clean. Did a good job, but left forgetting to put rubber seal back on door glass and it fell out and smashed. Franchisor owner Tony kept coming up with excuses and has completely refused to repair. Head franchisor Ian Oliver does not want to get involved. Simply cannot recommend a cleaner that won't fix something they admit doing wrong.
