Brian is a very nice young man, presentable, good listener and good with Mac or WINDOWS computers. I would have no hesitations recommending him to help you in your home or office on ANY type of computer or MOBILE device. He is polite, helpful and good at communicating. He helped me save alot of time setting up my new laptop and transferring all the data off my two old Windows computers to it (after Hvy/Normans failed). Brian also got my emails to sync properly across all my devices. Thankyou!!

Great guy, great attitude and definitely value for money. Brian came over and was simultaneously sorting out 3 laptops and two phones in our household!! He got our teenage kids to better understand their devices, and helped me clarify my own IT needs. He's a good communicator and asks about how you're using your IT before implementing changes. Thanks Brian for doing a brilliant job on my MacBook Pro, its as good as brand new. You were definately right, I dont use my iMac any longer, the lappy is with me 24/7 also changed from a Samsung phone to iPhone finally!!!! Impressive talented! Helpful and first person to communicate with me on notes on separate laptops much better than the other old tech guys that I had that didn't direct communicate with me (I'm Deaf) He is someone worth to keep on if any trouble occurs with misunderstanding the Mac Apple etc. Much recommended. ;)

Brian has very professional understanding of Mac computers, ipads, iphones. He is able to intuit from customers' clumsy wording what lies behind the problems and explains the issues in direct, friendly accessible language. Most unusually, he can communicate readily with customers with profound communication difficulties. For this customer with a very profound hearing loss he keyed in his questions & explanations while she responded on her computer. And he left copies of the exchanges. Superb.

I highly endorse earlier praise of Brian’s personal service, clear communications and technical ability. Upgrading my G5 Leopard to an iMac 5K Yosemite with all new software and work methods for my 70 year-old brain was done superbly, along with all the iCloud family iPhone, iPads, printers & Apple TV sharing, and secure cleanout of my G5. He also recorded many helpful apps and hints for efficient use on the Mac as he explained them. Brian’s back-up service and tutorial advice also excels.

Brian is simply the best. I endorse all the previous comments As a non IT 71yr old I found Brian to be an intuitive tutor who adapted his teaching to suit my learning style, now that's an excellent teacher. His knowledge is vast, he is polite, fun, patient, explained things clearly and quickly fixed problems that another company charged a small fortune to say were unable to be fixed He made it all so easy and his charges are very reasonable. For the technogically inept, Brian is a great find. He's patient and explains what he is doing and why, in terms a techno-dunce like me can understand. With his tutelage, I am much more confident with finding my way around the I-pad and get much more bang for my buck! Brian is as knowledgeable with PC as he is with Mac and dispenses good advice.
