This is the second time I've used this company. I booked the afternoon slot and they were over an hour late. This is because earlier jobs went on longer than expected - something to think about when choosing your slot. We had a few miscommunications about the payment which were quickly sorted out. Although there were a few hiccups, everything was quickly sorted. Much appreciated.

Despite listing all large items (as per their form) including the fridge. They waited till after the move was booked and our full deposit was paid before telling us it was going to cost another $110 to move just the fridge. We cancelled the booking and then it took 8 emails and almost 2 months for them to refund my deposit.
Great, efficient service. Move went well.

I would highly recommend Eco Movers. I had a great experience last Friday morning moving my household. The movers were a great team - very fast, hard working and friendly and somehow managed to get my huge sofas through some narrow doorways! Nice truck that was well equipped for the job too. I will certainly use them again in the future.
