Have used garden maintenance a few times. Would recommend, they always turn up and do a good job which is a blessing.

Initially pleased, prompt to arrive and quote and turned up early, Unfortunately it wasn't completed. She left without speaking to us and left the job incomplete and charged the full amount by email. Then tried to amend her written quote saying this wasn't to be done etc.
Paid half the amount for half the work done.
I would have been willing to renegotiate if she had said at the time it was too much for her, but no, she just vanished and left heaps to do.
Iriaka was wonderful. Communications immediate and the job was done quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. It was a 1-off rubbish removal but she was on to the job immediately (same day in fact). It is so reassuring when you find someone you feel you can immediately trust (and this was just by phone as we didn't get the pleasure to meet her) to just get on with the job at hand.
