Availability:	High speed turnaround, most jobs will be repaired the day they arrive and sent back the following day.

*Flat rate repair includes all parts, labour and return delivery.
*New arms will always be extra.
* In the unlikely event that your iron is not repairable we will return it to you or make you an offer for the wreck.

Recieved my straighteners today...thank you !!! I've used Ross's service's four or five times now. (my daughter's straighteners included). Ross always goes the extra mile .. ROSS is The Good Hair Day GOD .. he needs his own tshirt! ?

Amazing service. Ross was very quick with his communication, fixed my GHDs in less than 3 days and even provided a new NZ plug for them. His service goes above and beyond, would highly recommend.

Sent my Cloud 9's to Ross Thursday lunchtime, had a txt Friday morning to say they were fixed & I received them back on the Monday morning in a lovely heatproof bag. Cannot thank you enough for your fantastic service Ross, they work perfectly now & I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend RNR Services to all.
