Yong was able to come to us the next after we rang him, which was a Saturday. Fisher and Paykel said it would take almost 2 weeks to get someone out - the fridge and freezer were already heating up. Yong worked efficiently and let us know what was wrong and consulted with us before making the repairs. Very reliable and fixed the problem. Thanks!

100% RECOMMENDED! Rang Yong at 9.30am this morning after A1 canx last minute on a confirmed appointment! It's now 1.20pm and not only is our washing machine fixed (was leaking and needed new water pump), It cost $60 cheaper than the minimum price A1 gave. Yong gave our machine a full check and gave a realistic report, he also tidied up some loose wires. Great service, lovely guy.

Just had Yong over this morning to look at my F&P Elba fridge water puddle under the fridge. Very happy with his service. Reasonable (moderate) charges and quick response time. Don't be misled by his faltering communication over the phone; good and reliable repairer once he shows up in person. Five stars out of five; highly recommended

Very professional, pleasant, quick and did a good job. On thing I really I appreciated was that he went the extra step of telling me what caused the issue with my fridge, and explaining how I could prevent it happening again. Very highly recommended.

CALL YONG! Best washing machine repairman ever. Arrived bang on 11am. Diagnosed fault, got new parts out of car and replaced the faulty ones. By 11.45am I was waving goodbye to him. Machine and taps had been tested and machine moved to where it should've been in the wash house as Yong installed a drain hose holder. Before that machine was sitting in middle of wash house as hose was too short. Nice, polite and efficient. Thanks Yong.
