The Me Again program acts as a catalyst for your body and mind to create new and lasting change. It is for women of all ages, sizes, fitness level,s and walks of life. Our program was created out of the lack of community-based programs providing BOTH a physical and a much needed mental component to our overall well being.
The program is run by two team leaders Kasia and Alexis who are qualified and experienced, capable of providing you with the results you need!
Our class numbers are limited to allow for getting to know each other and offer a safe space to grow and develop.
