Hunts are guided with deer shot carried and or picked up with a daihatsu mini truck for transport back to lodge and are field dressed if one wishes. Carcass break down for chillibin or bags is $50 per animal on request. Shots average 200 metres a 50 metre range is available to sight in before hunt, this is very important as most hunters rifles are not sighted in properly. Also knowledge when hunting, and set up before a shot and shooting positions.

Day hunts guided $200 each person. Two people works well. Female hunters welcome . Perfect for those who only can get away for a day is within striking distance of Waikato , Auckland.Tea,coffee and a snack at the lodge before or and after hunt also accommodation available.

Fallow hinds $150 (1st of may to november) (Plus the day hunt fee)

Accommodation is available at the lodge at $200 per room.

TROPHY FALLOW BUCKS trophy bucks are available during march april , with trophy quality up to 250 inchs , a decent trophy is $3000 nz and up. There are currently very few management bucks available.

Includes trophy prep of skin off the head for convenience of freezing, ready for taxidermist at another time.
