I dealt with Grant from Ilender after a referral from my sister in Auckland. Grant is a broker who looks outside the box. I am a solo mum with 2 dependants and am self-employed, but Grant managed to get me a mortgage with a great rate and a cashback! Jeff is amazing! Works really hard to get you the best deal. He has alot of patience, very helpful and great communication. He was able to get us a mortgage at a great interest rate and term through our own bank even though the bank said No to us initially. Highly recommended. A+++
Jeff was absolutely fantastic with my mortgage for my first home. I had no idea what I was doing and he took care of everything, from random enquires about different options to then getting my mortgage over the line. He helped me with a couple of things I was nervous about, and supported me through the whole process. Thanks so much Jeff, it’s great to finally be in my own home!

Over three years ago we first tried the big bank, then local brokers up to now, only to be told no on several occasions. Despite having a reasonable self-employed income, we had really given up hope of buying our first home. The reviews sounded too good to be true, but it turns out they are true. Thankyou Grant for sorting us out, and helping us along the way, we now have our first home Thanks again Mark and Wendy.
There is nothing fake in regards to I-Lender claims. They will make your dream of owning your house a reality. Jeff and his team are nothing short of amazing. I would like to highly recommend Bruce. I have dealt with him with my recent re-finance application and I found him extremely knowledgeable and never seen a broker who knew so much about loans. My application was tough one but he processed it with so much ease and was with me and helped me through out the whole process. He understood my needs very well unlike banks they don't really care. He was wonderful to deal with and made a tough application possible!
