As a bonus they informed me I had a WiFi module installed that was currently unused and provided me with assistance in setting this up. Highly recommend Niraj. Heat pump was working with no effective cooling / heating. Niraj diagnosed the issue very quickly and took time out to have it fixed repaired on the spot. The original fitters from another company did a very poor job and offered poor after sale support. Niraj showed me the issues and fixed them all which had our Heat Pump cooling in no time. Recommended by Daiken after previous Heat Pump Guys failed to find the fault. Absolutely brilliant service from Niraj. Came immediately, found the fault and repaired it. We had suffered for a year previously with a rattle which drove us crazy and which the previous maintenance people didnt repair. But Niraj did. Can't thank him enough. A silent heat pump once again.
