Our painters have close to 80 years combined experience and are masters at what they do.
You name it we PAINT it. All work done the proper way sanded,nicely prep one undercoat and two top coats. All paint used are Dulux or Resene PREMIUM paints. Includes interiors, exteriors, roofs, fences, concrete . We can COLOUR MATCH any paint from any other brand!!

Very happy with service provided. I rang Michael for replacing the ceiling and plaster and painting in one of our rental property. He gave a quote which was very reasonable and he gave me the start and finish day and all done in 6 days as he said.The work was well done.He kept my tenant happy during the time.i have now found the trade people I could rely on for all our future maintenance jobs. Thank you Michael

Absolutely amazing service at a very reasonable price. We had to demolish and reinstate our business premises as per the conditions of our lease (and we had a 3.6 metre stud height) but it was not a problem to them. They quickly dismantled as requested, neatly stacked all re-usable materials, then re-framed, gibbed, plastered and painted. And after the jumbo-bin was removed they water blasted so eveything left neatly. And only one week from start to finish. This team of guys is amazing.
Michael and his team were amazing and took a old peeling, cracking and chipped paint job and made the outside of the house look like brand new again. I highly recommend Michael and his team as the friendly way they operate and the quality of their work speaks for itself and you will be impressed.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Michael, Junior and Moses tiled and sealed/siliconed my bathroom. The quality of workmanship was embarrassingly SHODDY, and so bad that we failed council consent on HPS' work. All of the other tradespeople were shocked by HPS' awful service. The damage by Hero Property Services was so bad we had to rip all the walls off and start again. Disputes Tribunal reviewed the case in full and ordered Hero Property Services to pay me $3,752. Still waiting for payment...
Michael: Tradies Beware, Fiona Keating tries to do their own work and get you to fix their crappy d.i.y job. She project manages her bathroom renovation and does work herself and have zero ideas on what she's doing and as soon as something goes wrong she tries to blame someone for her own d.i. y and poor project management work. Dispute tribunal is not finalised and we are in the process of counter-suing her. all our positive reviews speak for itself. Stay away from her she is one of "Those" clients

I was very pleased and impressed with the responsiveness from Michael - first in quoting and then in actually getting the job done. He made a special effort to do the job while my tenant was away, and the two rooms were available to paint.The quality of the work done by Michael and his team was top notch. The guys were careful to move furniture out and this was all moved back in again afterwards. He provided a very good service and I felt also gave great value for money.
I'm a repeat customer of Hero Painting & Property Services because I always get a great end result and for a very reasonable price. Communication is good and the job is not complete until the customer is satisfied. Thanks again! Will definitely continue to use Hero Painting & Property services in future.

I am so impressed by Michael and his team. They are punctual and tidy. I had a urgent job of replacing rotten floorboards and the job had to be done over a weekend, Michael and his team came on time on both days and did a great job with good quality materials. They were so good, even the vinyl installers were impressed by how they managed to match the level of the new floor boards with the old. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Michael and his team made an amazing job of completing my fence project.I still get comments to this day enquiringly "who Bulit your fence" to which I have much pleasure of informing people.The workmanship with a great prompt and friendly service was outstanding.
